Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is an extremely popular American singer and actor. Her birthplace was Huntington Woods and raised there. She's the daughter Lorelei Frygier and Tom Bell. Her birthplace was in the town of Huntington Woods, Michigan with a Polish mother and father who was German, English Irish, Scottish, and Irish. Kristen's passion for acting was discovered at a very young age. In 1992, she was awarded her first role at the auditions for Raggedy Ann & Andy. Bell, who was 13 when her mom signed as an agent was also auditioned for advertisements for newspapers and television. As well as learning in private classes, she began her acting career at that time. Bell played a small part, uncredited for her part in Polish Wedding (1998), in 1998. Bell was a member of the Drama and Music Club in Shrine Catholic High School. Bell was cast as Dorothy in the school production that was The Wizard of Oz. Bell went to New York City for the Tisch School of the Arts for a musical theater course after the completion of her studies. Bell left the university in 2001 to take on the role of Becky of Tom Sawyer. In 2001, it was also when Bell's debut appearance was in a film that was credited to her, Pootie Tang (2002). However, her part is cut off and only the credits show her. Bell was in the film with Angela Bettis, Liam Neeson as well as in The Crucible Broadway production of The Crucible in 2002.
